Text2011 Summer Reading Program
The Fairfax County Public Library Summer Reading Program was a success because you were involved in our reading program! Thank you for making the library a part of your summer fun.
This year over 30 businesses and organizations donated more than $4.5 million worth of prizes to kids who finished reading the required number of books. In addition, other sponsors donated prizes for a special drawing held at the end of the summer. A special thank you goes out to the Friends of the George Mason Regional Library and the Friends of the Kings Park Library that made so many free programs available for children of all ages. See you next June!
